You can install Veeam Backup & Replication console on your Win10 machine and open backup browser to a remote VBR server.

Depending on use case you can check as well Indexing and Enterprise Manager Self Service File level recovery. There you can browse as well the whole file tree. Please share a bit more about your use case.
