Hi,
I am getting the following error:
CreateSanpshot failed, vmRef "vm-482 xxxxxxxxx Virtual Machine is configured to use a device that prevents the snapshot operation: Device "is a SCSI controller engaged in bus-sharing"
Because I am using pRDM disk for Windows cluster VM, i tried to exclude those disks (RDM disks 0:1,0:2) from the backup but i am still getting the same error message.
My goal is just to backup the OS disk (0:0) that is a regular Virtual Disk
I really aprecciate your help

Re: How to exclude RDM Disk ??
Hello David, disk exclusion will not help here because the real issue is that you cannot snapshot Windows cluster VM, it is not supported by VMware.
