Where can I find the total amount of data backed up the last 24 hours for the hole Veeam environment?

Hi Bjørnulf and welcome to the community!
You can use Operations Statistics in the Enterprise Manager.
Another way to use Veeam ONE and run reports called "Backup Job Historical Information" or "Latest Backup Job Status" or "Veeam Backup Files Growth".
