I don't know where to ask other than here so here goes.
I have a customer that has a veeam account. However, his account is based on a gmail account that he has no longer access to.
Is there a way to change the Veeam account's password without sending the new password to his gmail account? maybe via phone or something?
Who can I talk to to resolve this issue? should I open a case (I am a Veeam partner)?
Veeam.com account. This account has VBR and Veeam ONE licenses attached to it. The installed licenses are expired and no backups are being taken.
The customer renewed their licenses and the new ones arrived. However, they still have Veeam v8 installed so they need to login to veeam.com to downgrade the new licenses in order to install them on Veeam Backup and Veeam ONE.
