Hi,
More than 100 jobs are scheduled to run right at the end of business hours. Job schedule is spread out to have them run staggered. Occasionally a few VMs would fail on the first run, but would be successful on the second attempt. The failure is directly related to the repo being overloaded with the number of jobs hitting it at the same time. It's pretty hard to make any schedule changes without seeing a visual representation of the jobs on the gantt chart. I poked around in VeeamOne reports but could not find anything that could be of use. Ended up running Get-VBRBackupSession | export-csv C:\temp\veeam-jobs.csv and then grabbing 3 days worth of statistics and plotting them on the chart using this tutorial -> https://www.ablebits.com/office-addins- ... hart-excel
Is there a report out of Veeam One or maybe Veeam BR to produce the same chart automatically on daily basis ?
It would be great if VBR had job schedule view on gantt chart out of the box. Would definitely make life of scheduling 100s of jobs much easier.
Thanks

Re: how to visualize backup jobs?
Hello Kazz,
Yes, we added Job Calendar in v12, and we have plans to keep extending it with more workloads, and Veeam solutions, is this what you are looking for?
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/one/r ... endar.html
Additionally, and truly visual, to see the status of either Repos or Proxies concurrent usage, we have Heatmaps, where you can see what tasks were happening at what time, pretty detailed I used this in many Customers to illustrate they needed to either spread jobs more, or add more compute power:

Re: how to visualize backup jobs?
Hi @Kazz
in VeeamHub is a script that might be helpful: https://github.com/VeeamHub/powershell/ ... tionReport.
But please also have a look (again) into the latest version of Veeam ONE. It has much more to offer than "just" a backup job overview. Reach out to your Veeam SE peer and ask for a live demo.
Cheers,
Steve

I was looking in reports and never got a chance to open, Job Calendar. Its a good start, but is there a way to make the lines smaller to fit more jobs on one screen? Just thought of something as I am typing this message. What if i flip my monitor vertical and run the job calendar report? Hopping to get all 100 jobs to show up on one screen. Will try this tomorrow.

@sherzig
Thanks! BR-DurationReport seems to be more flexible than Job Calendar. But both options are very good suggestions!
