Does this plugin also supports HyperMetro configurations ?

We are not aware of any limitation for HyperMetro or RemoteReplication. As the developer of the Plug-in is the vendor itself it would not hurt to check with the vendor. In the end a POC would bring clarity that it will work in your environment with your configuration.

I want to ask where will Huawei Plugin be installed? SAN Proxy or Backup & Replication Console? or Both.

Veeam Backup Server (where the Veeam Backup & Replication software is installed).

In a very old version you had to install the USAPI plug-ins as well on the Console system. This is now automated and the Console is updated whenever you start it.
