Hi All,
I’m asking on behalf of my customer, where both full restore and virtual disk restore have failed. What does this error mean: "Restore job failed Error: ChannelError: SocketError"?
Thanks for Attention

Re: ID#07424482 Restore VirtualDisk Failed With Eror ChannelError: SocketError
Hello Epul
A socket error typically indicates a connectivity issue. Please ensure that the required ports are open: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120
Besides that, please continue to work with our customer support team on this issue. Veeam staff in this forum cannot assist in investigating technical issues.
Additionally, please make sure to provide a log collection within the support case. I can't see any log files uploaded to the case, and our customer support team won't be able to help without them.
