Import back from USB device

Post by ITGuy »

Hello,

I have a full backup of a linux server created by our IaaS provider on a USB device which is throwing me some errors when I try to import or scan the device as a repo. I'm getting:

G:|RECYCLE.BIN is not a file path

When I scan the USB as a repo I get similar errors where the drive reference is pipe rather than backslash. I'm not finding anything referencing this issue, can anyone shed any light on what's happening here?

Thanks

I just copied this backup to a local disk on the backup server and tried to import, I still get a piped location and it errors out.

May I ask you to log a support ticket and provide its number here? Looks like an issue that cannot be addressed via forum correspondence (especially without seeing debug logs). Thanks!
