i installed vsa linux master.
and veeamadmin and veeamso account configured.
but veeamso forgot mfa and recovery token.

how do i reset veeamso mfa and recovery token?

Hello,

Please review the following:
MFA for the Veeam Security Officer account can only be reset using the recovery token. If MFA access is lost to the Veeam Security Officer account, and the recovery token is also lost, it is not possible to recover the Veeam Security Officer account, and access may be lost permanently.

In that case you need to:

1. Reinstall OS keeping backups

2. Restore existing config if you have it backed up.

Hello,

I have tried to reset the MFA for veeamso with the recovery token but it not works. after login wiht recovery Token i have the first login wizard from veeamso and when i configure MFA i received the Error "[TBD] MFA already configured for veeamso"
we use the Veeam Infrastructure Appliance as a Hardened Repository.

I need to reset MFA because we change the Phone and add MFA new in a Corporate PasswordSafe.
