Include vmware.log in backups

In this particular case I'm troubleshooting a VM BSODing issue that goes back beyond the horizon of vm log rotation but really any sort of historical troubleshooting/diagnostics with relevant info in the vm log would benefit from this option.

The files are typically just a few MB of plain text which would compress very well and have a near-null impact on backup storage
