Informative: Issues with Jobs After Update HPE ALLETRA MP to 10.4.5

Hello,

I’m currently using Veeam version 12.3.0.310 with storage snapshots on Alletra MP.
After updating to version 10.4.5, my jobs no longer run correctly. Everything was working fine with version 10.4.2.

This is just for informational purposes, as I already have tickets open with both HP and Veeam regarding this issue.

Thank you for the report, and sorry to hear about the challenges.

Would you please share your Veeam case number here for our review? I can see in the error stack it looks like the Alletra returns an internal server error, unclear why based just on the above, so let's continue to allow Veeam and HPE support to review the behavior.

To be verified, but it seems that in the latest release of Alletra MP 10.4.5, certain special characters are not accepted. Be cautious, as some characters may work in the CLI but not in the APIs.

Thank you very much for the update Xavier, it's good to know, and I seem to recall something similar with other storages in the past now that I read this conclusion.
