Can i check if Veeam v10 (Server) can be installed on Windows Storage Server 2016 OS?

Windows storage server is just a "Windows Edition". Different editions (professional, business, standard, datacenter etc.) are not relevant.
So yes, you can do that. But I would not recommend it. It's 2020 now and going with Server 2019 (or any "latest" version) makes it easier on the long run.
