Installing Forever

I'm installing 9.5 Update 3a and the progress bar goes from 0% to 100%, then back to 0%...over...and...over...again.

I'm really not a fan of the indeterminate progress bar. Yes, it tells you the installation is probably not hung. But, I'd prefer a progress bar that just make one trip from left to right.
