i could understand these about instant recovery:
1- when my vm has been restored in instant recovery mode that os in NFS datastore and can migrate to production
when click on instant recovery mode and select migrate to production in this mode all of changes will be in redo log file
and all vmdk with changes will be migrate to production datastore with lowest down time
2- do above scenario just select quick migration. in this mode it won't use redo log files and set changes on snapshot files
on NFS datastore finally will be move vmdk files to datastore and finally suspend vm for copying snapshot and
will be more down time in this mode
are thsese correct ?

Re: instant recovery and migration
In case of using Quick Migration to finalize Instant Recovery, Veeam B&R will first restore the VM from the backup file (not from NFS datastore) and then move and consolidate the changes with the restored VM.

Re: instant recovery and migration
With Quick Migration, there's a short VM downtime upon switching to the new migrated VM (the VM is suspended and then resumed on the new host).
