Instant Recovery not using Storage vMotion

Hello,

I have a question about Veeam V10 and Instant recovery from Hyper-V to vSphere.

The only way for me to get Veeam using storage vMotion in my environement is to do not select a datastore for the write cache when I want to migrate into production.

As soon as I select a datastore (yes the datastore is different from the final destination) Veeam will select a Quick Migrate (Mode SmartSwitch). It should not be the case

Any idea ?

You should be able to use Storage VMotion regardless of this selection. Please investigate this with support. Please include support case ID in this topic. Thanks!
