Hi All,
Anyone can help me on this issue right now i have 15 Instant VM Recovery status failed and unable to Stop.
Here the screenshot for my issue. I already log case to support but until now not respond.

Could you please share the case number with me?
Without a number this post (technical issue) may be deleted by a moderator.
Have you tried pressing F5 to update the console?

Yes i already press F5, restart VBR Machine also power off but the status is same like the screenshot i share.

Thanks for the number.
If you can't stop the session with a reboot or any method in the GUI or PowerShell, the session must be purged from the database. Which is only support when done with guidance from our support team. The necessary SQL queries are not public.
I see that you have opened a case for the community edition.
Support is provided on a best effort for our free products. Meaning if our our technical support team has no capacity to take on free cases it may happen that your case will be closed within 7 days with no answer. If that happens you can try again. Each time you have a new chance to have your case accepted.
You can also try to get an answer from our partner and customers in our community hub: https://community.veeam.com. A case number is not required in the community hub.

No, unfortunately that's not possible. Product Management don't have access to such SQL queries.
Also we don't provide SQL queries over a KB article.
Have you tried the PowerShell attempt that I linked in my last answer?

Is ok i already delete from Veeam DB the Instant VM Recovery is locked by the way. Now all 15 Instant VM Recovery clear from VBR Console.
