Internal HDD to internal HDD file copy job fails

Using Veeam B&R 9.5, I setup a file copy job that copies all the files on a internal hard drive on the same (local) host to another different internal hard drive on the same (local) host. The error is: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

The error is given on the source which is E:\

Well, this isnt a technical error per say; Just seems odd that this error is given.

Anyways, I just tried to open a case but it does not allow my email address domain. Im using a trial and my non business email address domain isnt accepted.

You can still get support assistance even using trial version. Business email is required indeed.
