Is the Support portal broken?

I've tried a few times over the last 3-4 of hours but whenever I get to the submit button on the last page, it thinks for a bit then says.

I tried calling, but phone support is only available for existing cases.
I have tried multiple browsers so that isn't the fix.

Hi Mwhite,

Thank you for the report. I just tried it myself for VBR and region EMEA, and it worked.
Our support team told me, that they had some issues with log upload yesterday, but it is solved now. Can you try again, please?

I'm seeing the same issue. China bucket. Tried uploading logs from both the server in China and my PC in the US.

Hi jhalberg-SQ,

My colleagues from our Support Team informed me that they have reports of other users experiencing similar symptoms. Currently the issue is being investigated, I would try again in a little bit.

Try requesting an SFTP account while the Support Portal issues are being investigated -- I was able to create one just recently so hopefully it will let you get logs to Support while the Case Portal issues are being investigated.

Will update once we have more information.

Thanks. I was able to create a case without the logs, and then upload them after it was created.

Looks like its fixed now, I was able to log the case this morning.
