I want to monitor Veeam services.
Is there a separate Windows service for Proxy?
Otherwise, in which service is the proxy integrated?

Veeam's VMware Backup Proxy runs as service "VeeamTransportSvc" named "Veeam Data Mover Service" with default path at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Veeam\Backup Transport\VeeamTransportSvc.exe".
