I can do it well enough to get things going, but not well enough to feel confident.

The good news is, we have whole new department with many people who have been working exclusively on training materials for a few months now. They started from partner trainings, but obviously will be providing training materials for end users as well down the road.

I will let the manager know about this thread in case he cares to comment

Hi Lewis, As Anton correctly stated we are well under way developing an education services offering. And yep Partners come first followed by end-users down the line.
