Is Windows Storage Server supported

Post by applc »

Hi there, I'm interested in using Veeam Backup for my VM's but don't have a lot of money for back-end storage. So I was wondering if Veeam Backup supports the use of Windows Storage Server to store the backups.

Thank you.

That's right, you can store your backup files there. I do not recall any issues with that. However I would recommend you to look through available cheap redundant storage to store backup files on - something with good capacity and yet portable enough to be taken off site easily.

You may find some of the storage examples down below:

Thanks!
