Job fails with german umlaut characters

Hello

I found that backup or replication jobs don't work if they contains german 'umlaut' characters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Germanic_umlaut) in the job title.
Please restrict the the input in the title box that no such characters are allowed. This avoid users like me from searching for errors on the backup job, which are hard to find.
