Job Issue: Removing Snapshot failed ?

Hello guys,
Everyone ready for Santa? lol

Question: I have several Jobs that show a VM Summary: Removing Snapshot failed.
I tried to removed the snapshot on the VM but the status msg says Unable to access file <unspecific filename> since it is locked.

any ideas? thx

What version of Veeam Backup and Replication are you using?

Also, to prevent this from happening altogether, I recommend that you upgrade to the latest product version too, because I think you are not running one. And Merry Christmas too!
