Job List empty every night

Hi,

we could a serious problem and i just want to ask, if this is a known issue:
Our Job list resets every night. Yesterday i configured 15 jobs, this morning the job overview is empty.
Anyone got this problem so far?

Hi Dave,

No, this is not a known issue. I would recommend opening a support case with our technical team for further research. BTW, do you use a remote or a local SQL Server? If it is a remote one, do you share it with other applications?

No its a local DB.
This Server runs Veeam Application and Database

The first thing I would check is whether you have these jobs in the SQL tables, could either be a GUI glitch or some maintenance tasks on the SQL Server. Anyway, I agree it sounds very weird.

dbo.ReportJobsView is null....empty...

but dbo.ReportSbJobsView contains all Jobs!

Now can you please let our engineers investigate why these jobs are not displayed in the GUI?

i just tried to create a Test Job.
This job is displayed in the almost empty dbo.ReportJobsView

dbo.ReportSbJobsView doesn´t show the Test Job.
So i think this Table just shows a history of done jobs/sessions.
What do you think?

Tag "SBjob" points me to the fact that there should be displayed SureBackup jobs, not regular ones, so this table should be empty.

We even dont got a license for SureBackup.
We just need regular jobs

Sure, Case # 00472526

We used Veeam 6.0.
After Upgrade to 6.5 all Jobs are back. It seems that they have moved (i dont know why) to SureBackup-Jobs.
We couldn´t see them in the old version because we don´t have licenses for SureBackup.
