Job notifications not sending
Hi guys,
When I've tried getting status emails to sent for a specific job, it doesn't work. I've set up the global email settings and test emails are being sent correctly; I am getting relevant status emails via the global email settings. I've followed the instructions on this page: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... l?ver=95u4 selecting it to send an email on a successful backup, but I don't get the expected emails, despite the job being successful in Veeam. I've asked it to send email in any event, success, warning and failure, but it still doesn't send anything.
Is there anything else I need to do to get the individual job emails to be sent?

Hello,
sounds you configured everything correctly. There are global and job settings (which you already found). No more settings.
Please open a support case to verify your settings and post the case number here for reference.

[MERGED] Not sending email notifications
Hello, I have Veeam Backup and Replication Community Edition 10.0.1.4854. I have set up email settings and have done a test successfully. I have a single backup job that backs up a file share to an external USB drive. The job is scheduled to send email notifications but I am not receiving them. I do get the daily configuration backup report.
I have tried using two different email accounts to send and as the recipient. Any idea where can I start looking?

Moved your post to the existing thread with a similar issue.
It does not seem to be a common issue, so maybe opening a Support case would help.
Just a suggestion - I would check if everything is ok on SMTP server side.

Thanks, the issue appears to be fixed after I updated Windows 10 1909 to 20H2.
