Currently,
As far as I'm aware,
When doing a periodic backup, such as every 12 hours
the only ways to offset the start time are
- X number of minutes (0-59 min)
- Use Exclusion hours to "block out" times so that it only starts during certain windows.
- This has a side effect of stopping job if they run longer
Goal
If there is a way with periodic backups to keep the "block out" times, but only apply them to starting the job, but NOT TERMINATE jobs that run over?

I didn't realize we had two block outs now (one to the right, that is available AFTER setting to Periodic.
