Jobs halts on "Checking the license for the source host".

When running a job it halts on "Checking the license for the source host" for 10 minutes.

Is this normal?

Hello Javier,

This may be caused by high load of the host/vCenter - B&R queries how many sockets does that host have.
Do you suffer from any errors during a job run?

No, after that message the jobs runs without errors.

You may want to send the job's logs to our support team - they will investigate why this query takes so much time to be completed.
