Howdie all,
we migrated our VBR console vm from win10 to win11.
On the new vm we had all jobs not starting sometimes.
So far it seems it might be related to whether we have a running rdp session to the veeam vm and vbr console running or not.
Still early days in isolating, so
Might be the rdp connection is not necessary but our servers are configured to auto-logout if rdp connection has been cut for a certain amount of time so we need it connected to keep user session running.
Might as well be running vbr console is not necessary either, having logged in might be sufficient?
Will try isolating more in the meantime....
Does that ring a bell for somebody? Remedies?
thanks a bunch in advance

Re: Jobs not starting (if not logged-in/Console running?)
Hello,
I find it unlikely that this issue is related to your console migration. The job schedule is managed by the Veeam Backup Service which is running on the backup server, so I recommend opening a support case and asking our engineers to analyze the logs. Please don't forget to share the support case ID with us.
Thanks!
