Hi,
last week I did some tests with direct restore to azure and I started from scratch. I've created a new user and used the following kb article to create a new role: https://www.veeam.com/kb2702
After that I assigned the role to the user and started to restore a vm.
After the upload the job failed with error 409 conflict. I then tried to deploy a new proxy in azure and it failed too. BUT: When I'm using our global admin account, everything worked as expected. So I tested again with the purpose built user, this time using the role of the "owner" for the used subscription - and I was successful.
That means that the mentioned kb article is probably out of date and that there are some permissions (maybe) missing. Could you please have a look at it?
Thanks!
