Last 24 hours: 0 Errors, 0 Warnings, 0 Successes

Anyone seen this problem before?

My daily notification email started to report "Last 24 hours: 0 Errors, 0 Warnings, 0 Successes" a few days ago.

As you can see from the screenshot there's no problem with the backup, it displays the stats in the body of the email and I've confirmed they are running.

Hello EJ,

Can you please clarify what type of backup jobs are displayed in your Enterprise Manager (i.e. vm backup, backup copy, agent backup jobs)? Thank you in advance!

We do all of those kinds of backups.

Thanks! Looks like the issue is with the subject - I've asked RnD folks to double check the email notification code for Enterprise Manager. Stay tuned.

In the meantime, I'm going to try rebooting my B&R server. I just wonder whether something might have happened to Enterprise Manager?

By the way what information you see when you check the third table from the right in the Enterprise Manager itself - the one named Last 24 hours? Thanks!

After rebooting the B&R server (which hosts Enterprise Manager) the emails are now reporting as expected. So while the whole of the system appeared to be operating as expected the subject in the report email reported zeros. Not too much of a concern, very easily rectified.

We suspect a minor bug in email notification logic: looks like not all the jobs are properly reflected in the subject of the email. We will fix this issue in the upcoming version, thank you for your report and sorry for any inconvenience caused!
