Hello,
We have a backup server running Veeam Enterprise. The thing is that server was part of a turnover key project from a vendor that provided all the infrastructure and licensing.
We need to do a license upgrade due to a server modification but it shows as licensed to this vendor (who is not responding to my emails).
There's also a weird thing: in the splash screen shows licensed to an email belonging to the company I work for, but in the license information shows that former vendor company.
Has anyone dealt with an scenario like this?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: License claim/transfer
Hi Sebastian
What's the license type? I assume Socket/VUL?
You may create a license support case in your support portal. --> https://www.veeam.com/kb1771
Another method would get in contact with your new reseller/partner/veeam sales representative.
They can help you to fix that license issue.
Thanks
Fabian
