License key has expired warning

Good day everyone.

Yesterday I applied the new license for this year and this morning all the jobs appears with this warning.

1/23/2015 5:11:23 PM :: License key has expired, 3996 days of grace period remaining

On license information this shows:

Status:
Expired (3995 dasy of grace period)

Support expiration
12/19/2015 (329 days left)

Any idea why this warning showing?

Hello Josue,
Could you clarify what you mean by "I applied the new license..."?
Have you imported the renewal license file to VBR?

I don't see what else this could possibly mean :D

May be the license file is incorrect.
Best here is to open a support case.

by apply the new license I mean to install the .lic file the reseller send to my email in return to paying this year renovation. The .lic file was installed on the console license information button install license.

Will open a suppor case, I tought it was some known bug.

SOLVED: the reseller send me the wrong .lic file. I just downloaded and installed it and the warning go.

Anton, I was curious if it meant "applied to reseller for a new license file" or "applied the file to VBR console" :)
