So we've got a large installed base of U3 instances, managed by enterprise manager.
What's the proper way to do an upgrade to U4 without borking up the license?
I'm thinking if we upgrade the U3 instances in the field to U4, enterprise manager is just going to push out the U3 licenses.
Are we going to have to roll yet another enterprise manager instance out just to manage U4 as we get them upgraded out in the field?

Re: License migration between U3 and U4 using enterprise manager
Hi , the right way to upgrade the veeam environment is first upgrade enterprise manager to u4 after this you have 90 days to upgrade all of your veeam servers which are managed by enterprise manager.
After upgrade all to u4 you can change the license to u4 license.
We have luck after merging our license files we are in license plus so maybe after upgrade you can backup more pc , server
