License portal - Multiple users

Hi all.
This is not exactly a B&R post but rather around the licensing portal and multiple users linked to my account or company account. I have seen that this question has been asked before back in 2010 here http://forums.veeam.com/veeam-backup-replication-f2/add-a-user-to-license-support-portal-t14629.html but have not see any other posts regarding this and wondered if I can have multiple users linked to my account or the company account which will allow others to access the licensing or log support calls.

According to the web team, they are going to provide this functionality in future.

[MERGED] Support Portal - Add additional technician?

Is there a way to add another authorized technician who can open support tickets using the same support ID?

Currently this ability is not available on the support portal yet, but you can try asking support to add the contact to your company account.
