[Feature Request] Limit SoBR offload to vbk

Hi everyone,

Some of our customers are moving their backups to cloud object storage. For cost efficiency, it would be great if we could limit Veeam to only outsource vbk's. Here is the scenario:
Source Backup Job:
Forward Incremental with GFS Enabled fullbackups once a Week:
30 Daily Backups (incremental)
26 Weekly Backups (syntetic full)
12 Monthly Backups (syntetic full)
10 Yearly Backups (syntetic full)

We would like to offload (copy to the cloud) the Syntetic Fulls as soon as they are created. If we enable it with the current version, it would also copy any incremental backups that would be deleted within the cloud retention period of Microsoft Azure Cold Blobs.

If you need only the full backups, you can create a dedicated SOBR with a Backup Job, that only backup the vms once in a week. Then only 1 backup per week will be offloaded.

I think this would reduce the performance of the backup since no block cloning can be used in ReFS. It would also add complexity - which is why we use those GFS jobs. Also, the backup would take longer because the amount of data to be backed up would be larger between backups. Because of these disadvantages, I would prefer the described option.
