Limited to 3MB/s (copy a VM from a ESXi to a NAS)

Hello, i'm using VEEAM BACKUP & REPLICATION 9.5 (Update 4).
I have a backup repository in CIFS (SMB), a network attached storage. It's a network share on a NAS (Synology).
When i'm backuping my VM from my ESXi to this backup repository and the processing rate (copy speed) don't exceed 3 MB/s.
Does anybody know why i'm limited to this speed on this share ?

Can you provide us with bottleneck statistics from backup job session? Thanks!
