Linux cluster and Windows cluster
If Linux cluster and Windows cluster co-exist in one single resource pool and use Veeam to manage it. Is there any concerns?

Not sure I fully understand the question, could you please give some details on your environment? Are you saying that you are using resource pool containing both Linux and Windows VMs as the source container for the backup job? Then I suggest to check this topic for some guidelines.
