Hello
I try to restore a file in Enterprise Manager of a Linux system. When it asks for credentials I enter
the username root and browse and add my private key.
Then I enter the password for the private key and click OK, but then it gives the error:
Failed to set file restore credentials: Failed to parse private key file
What is here the problems.
Regards

Re: Linux File Restore with SSH Key in Enterprise Manager
Hello,
is the same key working in VBR? I assume not. I assume that a wrong key format is used. If I remember correctly, then only RSA based keys work for authentication
Best regards,
Hannes

Then kindly open one, as it's against forum rules to post about technical issues without support ticket references. Thanks!
