Linux proxy out of disk space - irrelevant error message

We just had a physical linux proxy run out of disk space. The error we got in the console is:

2023-01-07 20:28:04 :: Error: Backup proxy is missing C++ runtime components, download from http://vee.am/runtime

When we had cleared some space and retried the jobs, everything was fine. Maybe a disk full condition could get a more relevant message in the console?
