Hi,
Our credential test keeps failing, we have everything in place for it work however it always fails.
I'd like to raise a ticket and went hunting for some logs, but I can't see anything being generated?
Does anyone know where these would be located?

Re: Logs for credential test
Hi,
You can find information with the results of credential test in C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Console\. Search for the main service log file.
However, there is not too much information, that's why it's worth to contact the support team and let them take a closer look. Thanks!

Also, what part of the check fails, since credentials test actually consists of two parts and tests both RPC and VIX connection to the VM? If any of them succeeds, the job will run fine.

Re: Logs for credential test
Hi,
Thanks both for the reply's, a case has been logged with support.
All tests fail, VIX is the one we expect to be successful as everything is in place for it work.
Hopefully support will find the answer.
