Looking for a server backup solution - can Veeam do this?

Hi guys, I'm Mike, new here:)

I'm looking for a server backup solution and heard that Veeam can do wonders, so wanted to check before I purchase it.

I need to run a backup of a server, that also has one VM (hiper-v).
Right now Windows Server Backup run a full backup (VSS) of server, all partitions/drives, VM, Host Component, BMR, system state etc.

Thing is what I need to have is a full backup once a week, then daily incrementals - and that's for last 4 weeks.

Can Veeam Backup do this? Can you set it all up like that?

But can it actually keep running backups for last 4 weeks? Like after a week delete oldest one etc?
Can this be set up like that?

Sure, you can set up retention to keep 28 days of backups or 28 restore points depending on the license of the product.
