Maintenance and Enterprise-Upgrade

Hello,

today we have a Standard-License of Veeam B&R and we now want to renew our premium maintenance because it will run out in the March. In addition to that we are going to check if we upgrade to Enterprise, what would happen with the existing maintenance? What happens with the maintenance when I renew it for 2 years before upgrading to Enterprise?
