Please turn down the music on the support line. Being forced to listen to what sounds like midi elevator music for 15+ minutes is cruel and unusual. Something softer (perhaps classical) without the roaring midi guitar riffs, snare drums, etc., would be a major improvement - in addition to lowering the volume so we can basically mute it without muting the call.

[UPDATE] We've made the switch on March 23rd, should be much improved now!
Well this is just so sad! I am on hold with many many different manufacturers, and Veeam by far, had the best hold music. Was the volume set a little too loud? Yes. But with all the crappy, repetitive, "same old" hold music out there, it was so nice that Veeam was different, and funky! Just out of curiosity, did you guys get a lot of complaints about it? I wonder because everyone I've ever talked to about it has had the same feelings that I did. I wonder if a poll would be more conclusive before becoming like all the other IT companies out there.
