MAJOR ISSUE with the hold music....

with the hold music. :shock: :P

Please turn down the music on the support line. Being forced to listen to what sounds like midi elevator music for 15+ minutes is cruel and unusual. Something softer (perhaps classical) without the roaring midi guitar riffs, snare drums, etc., would be a major improvement - in addition to lowering the volume so we can basically mute it without muting the call.

For support related feedback, please go to http://vee.am/support and click "Talk to a Manager". Although I believe, the new processes are already being implemented that will allow to get rid of the hold line completely when fully implemented.

+1 this is still an issue and our ears are bleeding while waiting for the obnoxiously long wait times.

A mute button is really needed if you are going to force us to stay on hold for so long.

Just checked on this with the support management, reply was "Working on this" :)

[UPDATE] We've made the switch on March 23rd, should be much improved now!

I'm on hold now and the music is changed :)

Now, if I didn't have to wait so looong on hold while waiting for an agent currently 15-20 minutes.

Well this is just so sad! I am on hold with many many different manufacturers, and Veeam by far, had the best hold music. Was the volume set a little too loud? Yes. But with all the crappy, repetitive, "same old" hold music out there, it was so nice that Veeam was different, and funky! Just out of curiosity, did you guys get a lot of complaints about it? I wonder because everyone I've ever talked to about it has had the same feelings that I did. I wonder if a poll would be more conclusive before becoming like all the other IT companies out there. :(
