Manage credentials

Hey there,
Veeam is pretty new to me but not as new to my organization. WE'r using Veeam B&R 9.5 on VMware VMs.
I was asked to make an order with veeam credentials on MS accounts after a backup job stopped working for few days due to administrator password change.
So as you already understood we run some of out backup jobs with our domain administrator account, which is obviously not right.

I need to create a new MS account that will be related just for veeam backup jobs. and I want it to have the least credentials that it is needed in order to perform backups.
What kind of windows credentials does the user need?
sorry for a question that basic but i couldnt find a reference in the manual,

Account you are referring should be used for VM guest processing. Please review the Guest Processing article to learn more about account requirements.
