Manageing multiple customer sites with Enterprise Manager
Hi all. We are a service provider that manages B&R for all our customer installations. I would like to be able to manage each of these sites by adding them to our Enterprise Manager however when I do this it overwrites the sites license details with the license on the Enterprise manager - does anyone know of a way to stop this happening. Thanks

Michael, please contact technical support for the registry key that disables license auto-update on backup servers.

Mikeycts, have you gotten this to work with different versions of Veeam B&R? We have successfully added VBR 6.5 with the Remoteing_UseIpAddress regkey, and VBR v7 without the regkey... But the v8 is not adding to the Enterprise Manager.

Hi Foggy,
Yes it is.
But this is over WAN link, without VPN connection between the sites.

There's a dedicated discussion for that scenario, might be helpful (unless you've already set this up the same way).
