Managing VBR on Linux (VSA) using Enterprise Manager on Windows

Can I manage a VBR on Linux (VSA) using Enterprise Manager on Windows?
I already have Enterprise Manager v13 on Windows , and I want to add VBR on Linux to it.
I would like to know if this is possible.
