Hi!
We have a slight crisis - we are looking to restore one of our machines and the VBM file is showing as 0kb and the restore fails every time.
Is there any way to re create the metadata for a job?
We are running the community edition on this site, but would be more than happy to pay for this!
Thank you,
Josh

Re: Metadata Corrupted
Hello Josh
Welcome to the forum. You don‘t need the vbm file for a restore with Veeam Backup & Replication.
For the restore you can just import the VBK file:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=120
This will allow you to restore your VMs back to production.
If you still want to rebuild the vbm files to continue the Backup Chains, you need to open a case with our customer support.
Best,
Fabian
