Hi Veeamers,
I am using a service account but can't install MFA for this account. Is that correct ?
I can't greyed out this option. So how can I solve this ?
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards

Re: MFA (Veeam12)
Hi Kees
Maybe you can tell us more about what you are trying to achieve?
MFA is only available for interactive logon sessions. Meaning if you want to logon to the Veeam console with your own user.
Service accounts must work without a person sitting before a screen and putting in codes every few minutes from a MFA solution.

Yes I know but is it not secure to use MFA for this (service) account too ?

Not sure I follow. How do you envision a service account working with an interactive process that is MFA?
