Microsoft Exchange AIR
Hi all,
I'm in trouble with the Exchange AIR utility.
I'm trying to restore a mailbox item but just after selecting the Mailbox Account and the exchange server, I get the following Error :
<TBD> Unable to access mailbox : The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.
My mail server is Exhange 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2
Veeam 5.0 standard Edition
My resseler tell me that I can use this functionnality in std and Ent Edition. Is that true?
thanks for your help

Re: Microsoft Exchange AIR
Hello,
Application Item Restore wizards are only available for Enterprise version, please take a look at this document for more information:
http://www.veeam.com/veeam-backup-and-r ... pac_ds.pdf
As regards the error message you observe, then Exchange 2010 support will be introduced in the next version of Exchange AIR wizard, which is coming soon.
Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I will ask my resseler for an upgrade to the enterprise version and wait for exchange 2010 support.

Re: Microsoft Exchange AIR
Always good idea to review System Requirements before attempting to use the software. For future reference, this information is located in the corresponding section of the Release Notes document included with your AIR wizard download. Exchange 2010 limitation is clearly stated there...
We are looking to release next beta with full Exchange 2010 within the next few days, so the wait will not be too long!
Thanks.
