Howdy,
We are a Veeam and Veeam Cloud Connect provider and have a Datto customer interested in migrating to Veeam. We already understand that we can meet their protection needs, but they would like to import Datto backups to Veeam and there is not much info available from wise uncle Google.
Does anybody have any info or advice?

Re: Migrating/Importing Datto backups
This is not possible. Veeam Backup & Replication cannot open backup format from other backup applications.but they would like to import Datto backups to Veeam
If it‘s really important to migrate older Datto backups, then they will need to restore the backups to a temporary location and use a Veeam product to create a backup of the restored data. A converter tool does not exist.
